Seeking an experienced Dialysis RN to be an Administrator
Actively interviewing and hiring - urgent need
The RN Administrator works with the Regional Director to ensure the clinical, quality, compliance and financial operations of all site Dialysis Programs (either state or collection of states). This includes compliance, billing, and infection control. The RN Administrator ensures that all federal, state or local regulatory standards are maintained at all times and functions as the point person for facility surveys. This position works and partners with Skilled Nursing Facility leadership on resolution of operational/quality issues. The RN Administrator has strong provider relationships and actively works with Business Development on company expansion. This position includes about 50% travel.
My client brings a gentler, more effective treatment to the geriatric population, which vastly improves their quality of life. We do this by working with skilled nursing facilities to design and build customized home dialysis dens within each location.

* Patients receive shorter, gentler and more frequent treatments, more closely mimicking the function of healthy kidneys.
* Patients experience decreased recovery times and a dramatic improvement to their quality of life.
* Our nurses are highly trained and have a specialized skill set in dialysis, resulting in exceptional levels of compassionate care.
