A hospital in rural Southwest New Mexico is actively interviewing candidates for an RN Surgical First Assistant. This position is responsible for the collaborating with the surgeon on the direction and delivery of appropriate care within their practice to patients in the Operating Room.

- High School Diploma or GED
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Current New Mexico or Multi-State License
- Certification as a Surgical First Assistant or completed didactic training and acquired remaining clinical hours to complete certification testing within 6 months of hire.
- 1 Year of First Surgical Assistance Experience (preferred but not necessary)
