Seeking a PMHNP for our Outpatient Community Health Center located in Houlton, Maine. Houlton is a historical service center with 15,589 people, complete with eateries, shops, friendly locals and a downtown market square which serves at the County Seat for Aroostook County.

Responsibilities and Duties
Practitioners joining our practice will provide outpatient community mental health services to patients of all ages on a Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm schedule with no nights, weekends, call, or holiday coverage. The PMHNP will collaborate with the Primary Care Providers to recognize, treat, and manage mental health and psychosocial issues while acting as a contributing member to the integrated primary care team. This position requires knowledge, experience and active support for rural, community oriented care. We offer state of the art facilities, technology, and utilizes Athena Health Electronic Health Records system.
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing followed by a Master’s Degree in Psychiatric or Mental Health Nursing from an accredited school. Licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the State of Maine.

Negotiable sign on bonus, relocation – actual cost with $5,000 cap, $1,500 annually and one week paid time towards Continuing Medical Education.
