Currently seeking someone to champion healthy nutrition for our patients and employees and spearhead our goal of a well-nourished community. The Director of Nutrition and Food Service provides leadership and oversees the effective operations of the Nutrition, Diabetes, and Food Service Departments; this includes both inpatient and outpatient nutrition and diabetes services, inpatient food service, and the cafeteria. Coordinates quality assurance for these departments and provides direct supervision for selected staff. Works as part of the care team by providing inpatient and outpatient consults for patients.
Registered Dietitian license required, RD and CDE preferred. Bachelor's degree in nutrition required. Master's degree preferred. An interest in local food and sustainable food systems is a plus.
