MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST NEEDED IN HIGHLY REGARDED NY LAB 

  • Well regarded mid-size hospital of just under 150 beds
  • Hospital includes inpatient and outpatient surgical care units, a women's health center and obstretics unit
  • Hospital staffs an intensive care unit, general surgery, cardiology, diagnostic health care center, orthopedics, diagnostic imaging and laboratory departments
  • Both night and evening positions available
  • Lab duties include collection, assay and interpretation of specimen results, quality control and maintenance functions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related degree with MLT ASP certification and two years of certification in a clinical laboratory preferred
  • NYS licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist
