CT Technologist (Computer Tomography)

Location: Tennessee

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team in Tennessee. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to work with advanced imaging technology and contribute to the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality CT scans and ensuring patient safety throughout the process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic CT scans and related imaging procedures with a high level of accuracy.

• Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and ensuring their comfort.

• Operate CT equipment and ensure proper calibration and maintenance.

• Review images to ensure high quality and diagnostic value, and assist radiologists in interpreting results.

• Ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols and patient safety standards.

• Maintain accurate patient records, including imaging data and procedure details.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and workflow efficiency.

• Stay current with advancements in CT technology and imaging techniques.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT-CT or equivalent) required.

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Valid state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.

• Previous experience as a CT Technologist preferred, but not required for entry-level candidates.

• Strong knowledge of CT imaging principles, anatomy, and safety protocols.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and patient safety.
