Clinical Application Analyst – Full-Time (In-House with Potential for Remote Work)

Location: Valley County, Montana

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Clinical Application Analyst to join our team in Valley County, Montana. In this full-time position, you will support the Meditech and other applicable software systems used across clinical, diagnostic, and therapeutic departments. This includes areas such as medical/surgical units, emergency room, outpatient infusion center, and other patient care settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong healthcare IT experience and a passion for improving healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with departments to problem-solve, improve build and workflow processes, and enhance services for clinicians and patients.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on system functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions.
  • Design, build, and monitor documentation for patient care settings to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training for end users, ensuring proper use of software systems.
  • Understand healthcare information systems and their interactions to improve workflow and services.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in Healthcare Informatics or related clinical/healthcare discipline preferred, or equivalent approved experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
  • At least 2 years of healthcare IT experience preferred, with Meditech experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to troubleshoot issues and support end users.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments and improve service delivery.
