Clinical Dietitian I, Clinical Nutrition in Philadelphia
We are seeking a Clinical Dietitian I to join our Clinical Nutrition team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based medical nutrition therapy and nutrition-focused physical exams to patients in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on nutrition therapy and healthy eating habits
- Document patient assessments, progress, and plans according to guidelines
- Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential
- 1-2 years of clinical nutrition experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
