Clinical Pharmacist (Days) in TX
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Texas. This position is for daytime hours.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations and medication reviews
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy
- Monitor patient drug therapies for interactions and adverse effects
- Provide drug information and education to healthcare professionals and patients
- Participate in pharmacy quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- PharmD degree from an accredited pharmacy program
- Active Pharmacist license in the state of Texas
- Clinical pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
