Clinical Pharmacy Specialist Oncology Opening in Southern CT!
- Permanent placement
- Schedule: Mon-Fri Days
- Requirements
- PGY2 residency in oncology or PGY1 residency with 3-5 years clinical experience in oncology practice setting
- Board Certification in Oncology (BCOP), preferred on hire or obtained within 1 year from date of hire.
- Graduate from an accredited College of Pharmacy
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Licensed Pharmacist (or eligible for licensure) in the State of Connecticut
- Maintains all licensure/registration requirements applicable to the role
- Possesses knowledge of complex anticancer therapy regimens as well as knowledge in safe prescribing
All of these roles are located in Southern Connecticut near the Norwalk, CT area. My client is an award-winning 300+ bed hospital who has been known for expert, person-centered care.
