Cytology-Histology Laboratory Supervisor, Michigan - CLICK AND APPLY NOW!

  • (Evening Shift - 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
  • Permanent and full-time hire. 

The Cytology/Histology Lab Supervisor oversees technical and non-technical activities, ensuring efficient operations and regulatory compliance. They help develop policies, ensure staff stay updated on lab procedures and equipment, and support business, financial, and service quality goals. They also serve as a technical resource for the team.

  • Board Certified Cytotechnologist (CT) and/or Histotechnologist with a minimum of 3 years’ experience (5 years’ experience preferred) or Specialist in Cytology (SCT). - Required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Laboratory Science - Required.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in related discipline. - Required.
  • Five years of experience in a diversified hospital laboratory health system and previous supervisory experience. - Strongly Preferred.
