Dental Director in Dover-Foxcroft Area

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Director to join our team in the Dover-Foxcroft area. As the Dental Director, you will play a key role in providing leadership and oversight to our dental services, ensuring high-quality care for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the dental team
  • Develop and implement dental care protocols and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the dental clinic
  • Oversee budgeting and financial management for the dental department
  • Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating dental staff
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care

Requirements:

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active state dental license in good standing
  • Proven experience in a dental leadership role
  • Excellent clinical and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of dental practice management software
