Dental Director
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Dental Director to lead our dental department in Houlton.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the dental department
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality dental services
- Manage and mentor a team of dental professionals
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated healthcare services
Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
- Valid state dental license
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a dental setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to providing compassionate and quality care to patients
