Dental Practice Manager
Job Description
NEW Permanent Practice Manager Opening - Central/Killington, VT
- Permanent full time position
- This role will be in a dental office - Dental experience not needed!
- About the role: Responsible for personnel management and oversight of the daily operations of the practice(s). Responsible for the enforcement of all policies and procedures. Also responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating all staff and activities of the practice(s) to provide high quality, cost-effective care.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferred degree in Health or Business Administration.
- Five years of operational management experience preferred. Previous dental experience preferred but not required.
- Will train the right candidate. Knowledge of fiscal management practices and human resource management techniques.
- Knowledge of governmental regulations and reimbursement requirements.
