The Lab Director, Laboratory Services manages and sets policy for the operation of the Laboratory Departments. Proficiency in performance of procedures in all areas. Is responsible for the administration and supervision of designated patient care departments. Coordinates services with other departments, physicians, and the community to deliver the highest standard of care. Maintains the quality of services to meet stringent standards of care set by regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved or accredited school of Medical Technology, Bachelors degree required.
• ASCP certified.
• Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years clinical laboratory experience.
• Prefer 1 to 3 years management experience.
