Family Nurse Practitioner / Physicians Assistant - FNP/PA (HIRING FAST!)
Job Description
This facility is looking to fill a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant role. They are hiring fast!
Job description:
- Provide quality health care and treatment to patients. Health care includes: health promotions; prevention of disease and disability; identification of health problems; management of health problems; and referral with communication to the patient's primary care provider.
- Practice medicine within the scope of their licensure and if applicable, under the Supervision of a KVHC Physician.
Job Requirements
Requirements (NP)
- Graduation from a NLN accredited Nurse Practitioner program, MSN preferred
- Certification by an approved organization according to the Maine State Board of Nursing
- Current Maine State Licensure
- Current CPR and ACLS
Requirements (PA)
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant's program
- Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
- Current Maine State Licensure
- Current CPR and ACLS
Licenses/Certifications
- Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
