Healthcare Executive Director
Job Description
Executive Director – Elk Grove, CA (Permanent Direct Hire - 100% Onsite)
We are seeking an Executive Director to lead a clinic in a high-growth environment. As the CEO of your clinic, you will own the P&L, develop and guide the leadership team, and collaborate with finance, marketing, and enrollment teams to achieve operational goals and enroll new participants.
Essential Duties:
- Monitor care quality and ensure adherence to regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Lead and develop the clinic’s management team.
- Collaborate with finance to design, operate, and maintain the clinic’s budget.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including community service providers and regulators.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local standards, passing audits.
- Participate in strategic planning and implement best practices across other programs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, or relevant field with 3+ years of experience in a managerial role in social or health services, or Master’s Degree with 1+ year of experience.
- 5+ years of experience in developing programs for vulnerable seniors (value-based care preferred).
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in health/social services, with senior care program experience preferred.
- Proven success in driving initiatives that improve patient experience.
- Experience leading a data-driven organization and utilizing reports to prioritize and manage projects.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $182,000 - $232,000
