Lab Manager - Core Laboratory and Microbiology - Ohio - CLICK AND APPLY NOW!

Position Summary: Responsible for the overall technical operations of the day shift to include the Core Lab and Microbiology areas. Supervision of MTs, MLTs, Lab Aides in both the Core Lab and Microbiology areas.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Chemical, Biological, Medical Technology or Physical Science; or equivalent exam is required.
- One (1) year of laboratory training from an accredited program is required if B.S. is not in Medical Technology.
- Four (4) years of laboratory testing in a high complexity environment is required.
- Two (2) years of experience in developing, implementing and coordinating a Quality Improvement Program is preferred.
- ASCP certification or equivalent.
