Lab Manager - Critical Access Hospital

I have a great client actively hiring a permanent Laboratory Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and supervises all functions of the clinical laboratory
- Responsible for staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining PAR
- Recognizes results or problems that require referral to the Pathologist
- Works on the bench when needed
More about the hospital:
- Critical access hospital (25 beds)
- Well-established (founded 50+ years ago)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology, Biology or Chemistry
- California licensure as a Medical Technologist
- Proficiency in use of laboratory equipment and testing
