Job Title: Lab Manager - CLS (ASCP) - Day Shift
Location: Bodfish, CA
Compensation: $141,000 - $200,000 annually (Based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift

Join our dedicated team in Bodfish, CA, as a Lab Manager! We are a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering excellent laboratory services. We're seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) with supervisory experience to lead our laboratory team. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to protocols.
- Manage a team of lab staff, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain lab equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring proper maintenance schedules are met.
- Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to ensure timely and accurate test results.
- Monitor and report on lab performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Ensure adherence to lab budgets and optimize resource management.
Qualifications:
- CLS (ASCP) certification required.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical laboratory experience.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety and compliance regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
