We are seeking a dedicated General Lab Supervisor to oversee daily lab operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and manage lab staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise lab personnel and ensure smooth operation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance.
- Train and support lab staff.
- Review and analyze lab results, ensuring accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- ASCP certification or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a lab setting.
- Strong knowledge of lab safety and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
