Job Description
Leading Dermatology Practice Hiring Lead Histotechnologist
- 2nd or 3rd shift (Training will be on first)
- Includes bench work, some administrative duties, and maintaining a positive and productive culture. In addition to basic tech bench duties, this person sets schedules, approves time cards, approves time off requests, works with the other TLs to ensure efficient flow of work from one shift to the next, writes up corrective actions, initiates disciplinary action when necessary, ensures proper documentation of all processes, helps prep for inspections, monitors general lab/personnel safety, among other duties.
