Lead Medical Technologist / Lead MT ($15,000 SIGN-ON BONUS) - Day shift
Job Description
If you’re looking to step-up from your bench-level position and work with a highly accredited facility in a beautiful tropical environment, look no further! This critical access hospital and located in the Florida Keys is looking for a permanent, full-time Lead Med Tech for the DAY shift (6am-6:30p).
About the facility

- 10-bed critical access hospital
- 2 hours south of Miami
- Brand new facility with all new state of the art laboratory instrumentation.
- Testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Blood Bank and Micro with additional services in Phlebotomy, Send-Outs and Outreach.
Description
- Performs laboratory analyses in an accurate, timely, courteous and effective manner to support comprehensive patient care.
- Supports the leadership team, providing guidance and training for staff.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory, Biological, Chemical, Physical or related science or equivalent education.
- State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license in appropriate discipline(s) with complete knowledge of medical technology theory and practice.
- Minimum Required Experience: 3 Years
