Job Description

I have a great client actively hiring a permanent MT/CLS/MLS or MLT/CLT. Here is more information: 

 

Facility: 100 bed hospital

Schedule: 3x12s (Days, Evenings, or Nights)

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, 8 paid holidays, 401k plan, EAP

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the performance, evaluation, and correlation of test procedures and assists in the selection and evaluation of test methods.
  • Participates in the education and professional development of laboratory personnel, new employees and students and may participate in the performance of routine administrative and non-routine technical functions. 

Job Requirements

  • 2 year Associates degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)
  • or 4 year Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)
  • or meets one of the eligibility requirements as listed with ASCP for certification as an MLT or MLS
