Job Description
Medical Technologist
Shift: Full Time
Job Type: Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood bank.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment with precision.
- Analyze test results and report findings to healthcare providers.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance programs.
- Assist in training new staff and students.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Certification by ASCP, AMT, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
