Job Description

Medical Technologist

Shift: Full Time

Job Type: Permanent

Responsibilities:

Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood bank.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment with precision.
Analyze test results and report findings to healthcare providers.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
Participate in quality control and quality assurance programs.
Assist in training new staff and students.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
Certification by ASCP, AMT, or equivalent.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
