Physical Therapist (Outpatient) in California
Job Description
I'm hiring for a Physical Therapist (Outpatient) in California! There is potential for 10k sign-on bonus and/or there is potential for 1.5k/month relocation assistance for 3 months.
The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and provide Physical Therapy services for patients across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings in accordance with physician orders and state regulations.
Location: Near Blairsden, CA
Type: Full-time and permanent
Shift: Days
Requirements: College degree; PT CA license; prior experience
Pay: $55-$79/hr
Benefits: 401k; health, dental, and life insurance; PTO, etc.
