About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Radiology Technologist to join our team in Deming, NM! This is a direct-hire opportunity offering CT cross-training, a flexible schedule, and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. What You’ll Do:
- Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray procedures in accordance with physician orders
- Assist in CT procedures and receive hands-on cross-training to advance your skills
- Ensure patient safety and comfort while delivering exceptional care
- Maintain and operate radiologic equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality
- Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and hospital protocols
- Work collaboratively with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare professionals
- Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records
What We’re Looking For:
- Required: ARRT (R) Certification
- Preferred: NM state licensure or eligibility
- Willingness to train in CT (previous CT experience a plus but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
