Night Shift Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) – Relocation Bonus Provided
Location: Winchester, VA
Schedule: Night Shift (Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN)
Salary: Competitive pay based on experience + Shift Differentials
Relocation Bonus: Provided for qualified candidates

If you're a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) looking for a rewarding night shift position, we’d love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform respiratory therapy treatments, ventilator management, and oxygen therapy.
- Assess, monitor, and document patients’ respiratory conditions and treatment effectiveness.
- Respond to rapid response and code blue situations as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and treatment options.
- Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory therapy equipment.
Qualifications:
- Current RRT or CRT certification (NBRC required).
- Active Virginia Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license or eligibility.
- BLS certification (ACLS/PALS preferred).
- Prior respiratory therapy experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
