Job Description

Respiratory Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct respiratory assessments and diagnostics.
Develop and implement treatment plans.
Administer respiratory treatments (oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, mechanical ventilation).
Monitor and record patient progress.
Educate patients and families on respiratory health.
Maintain respiratory equipment.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy.
Valid state licensure.
CRT or RRT credential.
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

Hospital or clinical experience.
Advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP).
