Respiratory Therapist
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct respiratory assessments and diagnostics.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Administer respiratory treatments (oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, mechanical ventilation).
- Monitor and record patient progress.
- Educate patients and families on respiratory health.
- Maintain respiratory equipment.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy.
- Valid state licensure.
- CRT or RRT credential.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Hospital or clinical experience.
- Advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP).
