Job Title: Respiratory Therapist
Location: Berlin, NH
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Berlin, NH. This full-time position involves providing respiratory care to patients suffering from various pulmonary conditions. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled, compassionate, and have a passion for improving patients' quality of life through respiratory care.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform respiratory therapy treatments, including ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and airway clearance techniques.

Monitor and assess patient respiratory conditions, documenting findings and treatments.

Assist in intubation, extubation, and other emergency procedures.

Administer prescribed medications and assist with pulmonary rehabilitation.

Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient care.

Provide patient and family education on respiratory care and disease management.

Follow infection control protocols and ensure patient safety.
Qualifications:
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.

State licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in New Hampshire.

NBRC (National Board for Respiratory Care) certification required.

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
-
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred.
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Prior experience in respiratory care in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
