Caroline Quinn
Associate Healthcare Recruiter

Caroline joined K.A. Recruiting in 2022 after graduating from Holy Cross where she majored in International Studies and Business. She took a particular interest in forging a career in the healthcare industry after struggling with an autoimmune disorder during college. She saw first-hand the profound positive impact of healthcare professionals-- from detail-oriented lab techs to empathetic bedside nurses-- and knew that she wanted to contribute to the system. Caroline thoroughly enjoys connecting with candidates and working with them to find the best next step in their fulfilling careers.
When she's not working, you can find Caroline skiing in Maine, surfing on the Cape & Islands, exploring museums in Boston, and playing board games with her family (specifically Ticket to Ride and Catan)!

Candidate Testimonial:

“Caroline did a truly phenomenal job helping me to look for my first nursing position. Her positive attitude & uplifting words made me feel more confident during my search for the right nursing position. She is both detail & service oriented. It is why I have recommended her services to so many of my classmates."
