Social Worker, MSW, Renal (days, 7:30am-4:30pm) in ID
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker with an MSW degree to join our Renal team. This role offers day shifts from 7:30am to 4:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychosocial support to patients with renal conditions
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Advocate for patient needs and rights
- Provide counseling and support to patients and their families
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Licensed Social Worker in the state of Idaho
- Experience working with renal patients is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
