Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Staff Dentist to join our team in Hartford, CT. The Staff Dentist will be responsible for providing quality dental care to patients while maintaining high standards of professionalism and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine dental exams and provide comprehensive dental treatment
- Diagnose and treat various dental issues and conditions
- Create treatment plans and educate patients on oral health and hygiene
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
- Active state dental license in Connecticut
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a dentist
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
