Surgery Nurse Manager Job Opening in Ohio
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Surgery Nurse Manager to join our team in Ohio. This is a full-time permanent position that offers the opportunity to lead and manage a dynamic surgical nursing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the surgery department
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver exceptional patient care
- Participate in budgeting and resource management
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Previous experience in surgical nursing leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
