Position: Ultrasound Technician
Location: Burlington, Vermont area
Shift Options:

• Days 7:00am-5:30pm (80 hrs/pp)
• Days 7:30am-5:30pm (72 hrs/pp)
• OB/GYN specific - 72 hrs/pp M-F days, no weekends or call

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technician to join our team near Burlington, Vermont. This permanent position offers flexibility with shift options tailored to accommodate various schedules and preferences. As an Ultrasound Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality ultrasound imaging services to our patients.
Responsibilities:

• Perform ultrasound examinations on patients based on physician orders and protocols.
• Operate ultrasound equipment to obtain diagnostic images according to departmental standards.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Analyze ultrasound images for quality and diagnostic purposes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program.
• ARDMS certification or eligible.
• Previous experience as an Ultrasound Technician preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
